Default. The BOSS oil/water separation system is normally constructed of carbon steel, blasted to near white metal with a 2.5 mil profile and coated with a two-coat epoxy/urethane coating system for extreme marine conditions. The vessel is non-coded and is designed for < 15 psig pressure. Every vessel is hydro-tested at 45 psig pressure. An optional coatings is available. The optional coating system is to follow the blast with a three-coat system of Zinc then Epoxy then Urethane. A final option is a Stainless Steel vessel. |
